The Raïm Wine Fest returns this summer with an evening celebrating the wines of Mallorca on the Portocolom seafront. Organised by Vi de la Terra Mallorca, the travelling festival brings together local wineries, food trucks and live entertainment in a relaxed setting by the sea.
For hospitality buyers and restaurateurs it's an efficient evening: a large share of the island's producers pour side by side, making it a natural scouting ground for wine lists and private-label conversations, with the producers themselves behind the tables.
